This set of metrics template can analyze the repurchase rate and cross sell ratio at the same time, and conduct repurchase analysis from different scenarios such as single category and cross category.
- Active Customers: number of all customers who have transaction records within the specified time range
- Repeat Purchase Customers: number of customers who have purchased more than once within the specified time range
- Repeat Purchase Rate: Repeat Purchase Customers/Active Customers
- Cross Sell Customers: number of customers who have purchased from different categories within the specified time range
- Cross Sell Ratio: Cross Sell Customers/Active Customers
The dataset used in this metrics template is from Kaggle, with Mohamed Harris as author. Parts of the data are adjusted on the basis of the original dataset.
