This set of metrics helps HR manage corporate talent from recruitment channel, training, performance, rating, promotion, etc. and improve talent management efficiency.

Metrics Details

Total employees: Total number of employees in the company
Total promotion: Total number of employees promoted this year
Promotion percentage: The ratio of promotion this year, Total promotion/Total employees
AVG employee age: The average age of employees
AVG year of service: Average service years of employee employment
Total training Participants: Total number of participants in the training
Training coverage: Training coverage, Training coverage/Total employees
AVG training times: The average times of training sessions attended by employees
AVG training score: The average training score of employee
Total KPI completed employees: The total number of employees with KPIs completed, only KPIs with a completion rate of 85% are considered completed
KPI completed percentage: Percentage of employees with KPIs completed, Total KPI completed employees/Total employees
Total award employees: Total number of awarded employees
Award percentage: Percentage of award-winning employees, Total award employees/Total employees
AVG previous rating: The average rating score of employees in the previous year
Total high rating employees: The number of employees with high rating score (score ≥ 4)
High rating percent: Percentage of employees with high rating score, Total high rating employees/Total employees
From employee referrals: Total number of employees hired through internal referrals
Employee referrals percentage: Percentage of employees hired through internal referrals, From employee referrals/Total employees
From talent pool: Total number of employees hired through talent pool
Talent pool percentage: Percentage of employees hired through talent pool, From talent pool/Total employees
